We arrived on Saturday to this incredible hidden spot in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, and let me tell you that being here at night is something to experience, especially if you are coming from the rush of a city.
Arriving to a place where no sound but the owls’ is heard here, what a treat 😌 for this year’s Father’s Day @ Vista Sierra Laguna.
Next morning’s breakfast was to die for. Omar, Vista Sierra Laguna’s Co-owner is also an incredible cook and craft mixologist. He prepared a delicious sweet treat while Tere, his wife and Co-owner, heated a delicious local “Birria”.
While the day continued, the pool was the perfect combination for a relaxed Sunday under Baja’s sun with a spectacular Mezcalita to die for 🥃 to finish our Father’s Day @ Vista Sierra Laguna.
By 4PM Omar called everyone to the table. He had grilled stunning cheeseburgers that are the tastiest we have had in the area. Paired with Vista Sierra Laguna’s signature secret recipe drink (he didn’t want to share what was made of 🥲), he nailed a combination that rarely an accommodation is able to create for its guests.
Unfortunately our weekend was coming to an end by 7pm, at the sunset, we had the most amazing and beautiful view of Baja’s sky, colors that at the city are impossible to watch, here, we felt so connected to nature that it feels sad to go back home to the city, because at this point we feel that Vista Sierra Laguna is now, our home in Baja Sur.
